Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Junior to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Health & Safety and Contracts teams, as well as other departments, in what will be a busy and varied role. The ideal candidate will be confident, with strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and proficient within the Microsoft Office suite.
Duties
* Answering the main phone
* Support the Contracts Coordinator in new site set-ups
* Support in ordering and distributing PPE
* Support the SHEQ Coordinator with training
* Support the Office Manager with various administrative office tasks
* Document control
* Filing, research and ad hoc projects
