Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our dynamic team. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) • Remortgages • Transfers of equity • New build transactions • Providing expert legal advice to clients in a clear and professional manner • Conducting title checks, reviewing contracts, and raising enquiries • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements • Progressing files efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience handling a conveyancing caseload • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes • Excellent communication and client care skills • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Desirable • Experience with case management systems • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines • A proactive and commercial mindset
