Role Responsibilities
* Supporting Drama lessons and creative classroom activities
* Assisting students with performances and rehearsals
* Encouraging student confidence and participation
* Providing classroom and intervention support
* Supporting extracurricular productions and events
Person Specification
* UK degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or related subject
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Creative, enthusiastic, and engaging personality
* Passionate about supporting young people
* Aspiring teacher or education professional
