Complete fair tender process for project proposal and complete T&Cs, manage contract negotiations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare the project Capital Submission CAF, manage the budget and timeline for project implementation. Prepare project timeline, manage cross functional stakeholders, plan appropriate window with the Operations Manager, Engineering, Hygiene, Technical etc. Manage project risks, including schedule, and project conflicts. Approve designs, ensuring compliance with PUWER, DSEAR, Food Safety standards. Review and approve RAMS before commencement of work onsite. Complete training to manage work onsite, issuing permits to work, managing high risk activities in accordance with legislation and company policies. Prepare and complete CDM health and safety project file. Induct contractors and manage health and safety whilst work undertaken onsite. Complete H&S audits. Undertake site EHS audits of the area.
