Shropshire (with support from our SEN school in Ditton Priors and our Online School).The role:Woodside Farm is a two-bed service that offers immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support for vulnerable young people ranging from 8 to 18 years old. Our assessments placements ensure that young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment.Alongside the care team, our Outreach Educator will support up to two young people over a 12-week placement.Our assessment homes are all AQA (Assessment Qualifications and Alliance) registered centres, which means we can provide education with every placement. Through a results-based accountability approach, you will strive towards "Turning the Curve" for our young people.Pupils access our AQA program as well as a range of qualifications including Entry Level, Functional Skills, or GCSEs dependent on their current attainment level and aspirations.
