We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in History and Politics to maintain the department's excellent reputation. This role presents an ideal opportunity for both experienced practitioners and enthusiastic newcomers to the teaching profession.
The Role
Our client requires a dynamic educator to:
1. Deliver outstanding AS and A Level History and Politics courses
2. Teach GCSE History with enthusiasm and expertise

Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
7. Degree in History, Politics, or closely related discipline
8. Proven teaching experience up to A Level standard
9. Demonstrated track record of excellent teaching outcomes
10. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
11. Natural ability to engage and motivate 16–19-year-olds
12. Commitment to student success and progression
Highly Desirable:
13. Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent
14. Familiarity with Pearson Edexcel specifications
15. Knowledge of current educational best practices
