Overview
In a global pharmaceutical company, you will work alongside the Maintenance Lead and Engineering Technicians to ensure maintenance, calibrations and improvements are effectively implemented using modern maintenance techniques.
Accountabilities
You'll ensure compliance from Safety Health Environment and Good Manufacturing Perspective, deliver improvements to increase robustness and reliability of manufacturing assets, contribute to developing and delivering improvement plans across Engineering, support maintenance and project processes, and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Experience in delivery of initiatives, maintenance best practice and local improvement practices.
* Understanding of Computerised Maintenance Systems.
* Experience in structured problem solving.
Desirable Skills/Experience
* HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in an engineering related field.
* Basic statistical understanding and ability to produce technical reports and documents.
* Experience in delivering improvements.
* Experience of working with industrial processing plant systems in a clean room environment such as autoclaves, ovens, freeze dryers and/or automated assembly/packaging equipment.
* Professional registration status with an appropriate engineering institution.
