Registered Nurse Opportunities:
Trefynwy is a dynamic GP-led ward committed to high-quality care for the elderly and rehabilitation patients. We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with 12 and 6-hour shifts. We aim to make Aneurin Bevan University Health Board an enjoyable and fulfilling place to work, valuing our staff and patients alike.
Main duties include:
* Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care.
* Providing prescribed nursing care independently.
* Contributing to nursing practice development and evaluation.
* Acting in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and policies.
* Providing care across all healthcare areas within Monmouth as required.
Welsh language skills are desirable; applications from Welsh and English speakers are equally welcome.
