Job role: Home Manager
Location: South Birmingham
Salary: £33,000 + bonus opportunity
In partnership with a leading provider of residential care and supported living I am on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, EUPD, forensic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
This is a firsthand leadership role for someone who thrives in high-complexity environments and is ready to drive quality, compliance, and team development. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional care delivery, staff performance, and regulatory standards.
What You will Bring
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
Proven experience in complex learning disabilities settings (autism, EUPD, forensic, mental health)
Management experience at deputy level or above
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Willingness to participate in on-call rota.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage home operations within budget and compliance frameworks.
Oversee staff rotas and delegate duties effectively.
Conduct risk assessments and service user evaluations.
Drive audit processes and action planning.
Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings.
