Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. You'll provide the multi-disciplinary team with in-depth expertise on mental health to ensure residents get the most out of life, meeting their needs and treating them with dignity and respect. About you
To join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), you will need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you will pride yourself on a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
