Role Description
The Director of Business Development will lead the identification and execution of strategic opportunities to drive growth for BDR Partners. This role is responsible for expanding client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the firm’s presence across key markets.
Key responsibilities include developing business plans, managing client relationships, driving lead generation, and supporting transaction origination. The role also involves working closely with senior stakeholders to identify strategic partnerships and deliver high-quality advisory engagements.
This position requires a strong understanding of advisory services, capital markets, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering long-term value.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development, client relationship management, or advisory services
* Strong understanding of growth strategy, M&A, or capital advisory environments
* Proven ability in lead generation, strategic planning, and client engagement
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with institutional clients, investors, or UHNW individuals is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
* Experience in international business environments is an advantage
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
