What You'll Do at Pega: As a Marketing and Decisioning Intern, you will support key initiatives to demonstrate the effectiveness of Pega's RTIM and CDH solutions. Your role will involve organizing, interpreting, and presenting data and insights to showcase how well organizations are personalizing their customer interactions. Organize Mystery Shopping Initiatives: Assist in coordinating mystery shopping activities with leading organizations in North America and Europe. Ensure timely and efficient execution of these initiatives to gather relevant data on customer engagement strategies. Interpret Mystery Shopping Results: Analyze the results to evaluate how effectively organizations personalize offers and service messages. Provide actionable insights based on the data to inform strategies and improvements. Build Presentation and Prospecting Materials: Take GenAI research on our target accounts and use GenAI & LLMs to produce infographics & podcasts. Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings and insights to Pega's customers and prospects. Create engaging prospecting materials, if needed, highlighting the value of Pega's RTIM and CDH capabilities. Who You Are: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software. Additional Information Poland: Base salary range for this role is 5500-6000 PLN gross monthly. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
