We are seeking a Training Coordinator to provide administrative support and resolve queries for internal departments, facilitating suitable training for Speedy employees.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be customer service-oriented, and attentive to detail when organizing training arrangements.

What You’ll Need
* Liaise with internal customers to identify training requirements
* Perform departmental admin duties such as external course bookings, internal course requests, raising purchase orders, and organizing trainers’ calendars
* Manage diary and scheduling
* Maintain the TMS system, ensuring records are current and accurate
* Keep the office tidy and well-organized
* Identify safety risks and report to the manager
* Complete administration documents promptly
* Support effective communication with the depot team
* Perform additional ad hoc duties as required
* Follow all company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook
* Ensure all relevant training has been attended
