Our client is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision team, helping pupils thrive both socially and academically.

* Salary: £13.32–£14.91 per hour (term time + training days).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition and Social Communication Interaction Difficulties.
* Working 1:1, in small groups, and in the wider classroom environment.
* Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment tailored to individual needs.
* Managing challenging behaviour with care, consistency, and skill.
* Assisting with personal care when needed.

* Ability to perform the duties as described.
* Confidence in supporting children with ASC and SCID in various settings.
* Ability to manage complex behaviour with calmness and compassion.
* Willingness to provide personal care as part of your role.
* Flexible, imaginative, and nurturing approach.
