The Role:
This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all non-core business operations within the company. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Support Services Manager will manage key areas including:
* Office Management – ensuring day-to-day administrative operations are efficient and effective.
* Technology Oversight – managing IT systems, software, and infrastructure across the business.
* ISO Quality Management – maintaining and improving the company’s ISO procedures and processes.
* Cyber Security – implementing and monitoring best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
* Fleet Management – overseeing a medium-sized fleet of company vehicles, including procurement, maintenance, and compliance.
* Warehouse Operations – managing a small warehouse facility, including stock control and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate internal support functions to align with business goals.
* Act as the main point of contact for IT vendors and internal tech support.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards and drive continual improvement.
* Support the company’s cyber security strategy, including risk assessments and staff training.
* Develop and maintain effective fleet and warehouse management systems.
* Create a positive, solution-focused environment for internal teams.

* Previous experience in fleet and/or warehouse management.
* Excellent organisational, listening, and coordination skills.
