A boutique Financial Services firm is seeking a commercially minded Head of HR to shape, scale and future‑proof their people strategy as the business enters its next phase of growth.
This is a pivotal role for a confident HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is passionate about building high‑performing, people‑centric cultures.
The Role
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
* Lead the end‑to‑end People strategy across the UK business (c. 300 employees)
* Drive organisational design, transformation and talent optimisation
* Oversee all HR operations, ER, performance, D&I, reward and compliance
* Partner closely with the CEO & Exec Committee on people planning and workforce strategy
* Develop leadership capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement
* Lead HR projects across policy, systems, engagement and governance
* Ensure alignment with FCA and wider regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in HR leadership within Financial Services or another regulated sector
* Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at board level
* Broad generalist HR experience with exposure to growth and transformation
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and FS regulatory expectations
* A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves
* Inspirational leadership style with a modern, people-first mindset
