* £12.54 – £13.10 per hour, depending on experience.
* £70.50 per sleep-in, typically 6-8 nights per month.

You will be supporting children aged 5-16, helping to increase their independence skills and providing support in any way you can.
It is essential that you have experience working in a similar setting and preferably have completed NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce or a similar qualification within this sector.
Qualifications/Requirements
* High standard of general education.
* Preferable but not essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care – Children and Young People (CCYP) or equivalent.
* Willingness to undertake further training.
* Current full driving licence with business insurance.
Job Purpose
To be responsible for providing support to vulnerable people (service users) for the company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist the young person's allocated social worker in service delivery, including:
* Providing transport/escort as per care plans.
* Conducting welcome and induction for young people.
* Performing ongoing assessments.
* Providing ongoing support and monitoring.
* Assisting with welfare and NHS issues.
* Preparing reports.
* Arranging appointments with partner agencies.
* Maintaining regular contact with young people.
* Informing service users about support groups.
* Assisting with move-on processes for service users.
1. Accurately record, create, maintain, and update electronic records of young people.
2. Prepare for and attend meetings as required.
3. Provide mediation to service users as directed.
4. Use IT packages effectively to support work.
5. Work cooperatively across multidisciplinary teams.
6. Maintain confidentiality regarding service users, clients, and the company.
7. Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
8. Report housing issues and assist in resolving defects.
9. Undertake on-call duties as directed.
10. Participate in office reception duties when needed.
11. Be prepared to work sleep-in shifts.
12. Show flexibility to cover all offices across the company as required.
