Key Responsibilities: Planned Maintenance: Carry out scheduled joinery work, including the installation and repair of doors, windows, kitchen units, flooring, and other essential features within domestic properties. Reactive Maintenance: Attend to emergency and ad-hoc maintenance requests, providing timely repairs to maintain the safety and quality of tenant's homes.
