This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require a minimum of 1 day per week at our Coventry head office.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements.
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Quality and Registry:
The Registry Coordinator will sit within our Quality and Registry team is the Universities administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration and assessments. The team are also responsible for processing all results and grades for the student’s and produce all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony.
About The Role - Registry Coordinator
Reporting to a Registry Team Leader, we are looking for a Registry Coordinator to join our highly skilled and supportive Registry team. The Registry Coordinator will be part of a dynamic, empowered team, responsible for the accurate maintenance of student records.
You will actively coordinate the creation of assessment briefs and related documents and take them through the quality assurance processes. It will involve detailed, careful planning of the modules running throughout the academic year.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, administrative environment
* Strong team player who is able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
* Results driven and experienced in providing a high level of administrative support.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail
