This full-time, long-term role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), contributing to a welcoming environment where every learner is supported to thrive.
The position offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:
Deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and different year groups
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons that cater to varied learning styles and abilities
Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team to put tailored intervention plans into practice and monitor progress
Promote independence, positive behaviour, and confidence in students
