SALES DIRECTOR – SAP CONSULTING – BUILD THE ENGINE, NOT JUST HIT THE NUMBER
Base location: Slough or Aberdeen, your choice, with hybrid working.
This isn’t a “manage a pipeline and report a forecast” role.
This is ownership of growth.

What you’ll be trusted with
* · Defining and executing the sales strategy across AG’s SAP portfolio including S/4HANA, EAM and Intelligent Technologies
* · Driving consistent revenue growth through both new business and expansion within existing accounts
* · Building a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to growth targets, not just activity metrics
* · Developing multi-year account strategies for key enterprise clients, turning relationships into long-term partnerships
* · Leading complex SAP consulting deal pursuits end-to-end, from opportunity shaping through to close
* · Owning the full sales lifecycle including RFP responses, commercial structuring and negotiations
* · Building and leading a high-performing sales function, setting standards for governance, forecasting and deal discipline
* · Working closely with delivery, pre-sales and marketing to align go-to-market and ensure what is sold can be delivered
* · Building strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem, collaborating with SAP account teams to create joint pipeline across RISE, GROW, BTP and S/4 programmes
* · Representing AG at a senior level with clients, partners and within the wider market

What you’ll bring
* · Strong experience in SAP consulting or enterprise technology sales
* · A proven track record of winning large, complex consulting engagements
* · Experience leading or building sales teams within a consultancy or SI environment
* · Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem including S/4HANA, EAM, BTP and transformation programmes
* · Confidence operating at C-level and influencing senior stakeholders
* · Strong commercial and negotiation skills across high-value deals
