Plumber - Social Housing Contract
Are you a skilled and experienced Plumber looking for a stable and rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, working on a vital social housing contract in Basildon.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
About the Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing duties within occupied and void social housing properties. This will include, but is not limited to:
Responding to reactive maintenance requests
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, burst pipes)
Installing and repairing sanitary ware
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Providing excellent customer service to residentsWhat We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent recognized qualification
Proven experience working as a Plumber within a social housing or domestic setting
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
