 
        
        Affiliate Partnerships Manager – Consumer Tech – London – c. £60K
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic brand collaborations across our rewards platform. You’ll take ownership of affiliate relationships, manage a small team, and help scale our presence across the UK, US, and new markets launching in the year ahead.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and optimise affiliate partnerships to drive engagement and revenue.
 * Negotiate and manage relationships with key brands and networks across multiple markets.
 * Develop and execute strategies to grow partner acquisition and performance.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and maximise impact.
 * Manage one direct report and support their development.
About You
 * 5+ years’ experience managing affiliate or partnership programmes, ideally across multiple markets.
 * Proven success building and scaling affiliate channels.
 * Strong negotiation, communication, and copywriting skills.
 * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights and opportunities.
 * Comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
