Internal Audit Manager
* Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
* Location: London
* Job Type: Initial 3-month fixed term contract, view to extension - Immediate Start
Reed Finance have been exclusively engaged with a leading organisation who is seeking a commercially minded Internal Audit Manager to deliver high-impact audit work over the next 3–4 months.
This fast-paced contract role offers the opportunity to lead complex audits, provide clear assurance to senior leadership, and strengthen risk and control frameworks across the business. Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead end-to-end, risk-based internal audits across various business processes.
* Drive meaningful improvements to controls and governance frameworks.
* Present confident, clear recommendations to senior management.
* Provide subject-matter insight into key business processes.
* Ensure that audit actions are effectively delivered and embedded within the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or CMIIA.
* Strong internal audit experience within complex environments.
* Ideally experience working within the infrastructure or transport sector
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
* Proactive and commercially aware mindset.
