Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing strategies to attract new clients, and effectively communicating with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.


What you'll be doing:

* Identifying and qualifying leads: Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our services, including those looking to sell their business or require professional valuations.
* Outreach and engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, networking events) to introduce Business Partnership and our value proposition.
* Relationship building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and pain points, particularly around exit strategies, growth, and business value.
* Presenting solutions: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services (including business selling and valuation expertise) and tailor proposals to meet individual client requirements.
* Pipeline management: Maintain an organised sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting future sales.
* Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities, especially in the M&A and valuation landscapes.


What we're looking for:

* Proven sales success: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding appointment targets, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Exceptional communication skills: Confident and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong negotiation skills: Proficient in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
* Self-starter and highly motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and maintain a high level of drive in a commission-only structure.
* Resilience and persistence: Comfortable with rejection and determined to overcome obstacles to achieve your goals.
* Strategic thinker: Ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Familiarity with CRM software: Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities is a plus.
* A commitment to building long-term relationships: Align with our core value of "We value your business."


Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with great earning potential! Your income will be directly proportionate to the deals closed, with an average deal size ranging from ยฃ15,000 to ยฃ150,000. We offer highly competitive commission rates that reward your hard work and success.


Qualifications

* New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
