Job Title: Toolroom Manager - Extrusion
Location: Cheltenham

Shift: Monday to Thursday (8.15am to 5.00pm) and Fridays (8.30am to 3.00pm)
Pay: £48000 to £52000 DOE

Overview for the Toolroom Manager role:
Working for a large manufacturing business that have manufacturing plants in the UK and EU, we now require a Manager to lead the Die Shop.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage the operations of our die shop. This role involves supervising the production, maintenance, and repair of dies, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will have a team of direct reports where you will need to have an active role in their development.
The ideal candidate / Toolroom Manager - Extrusion may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
Previous experience managing a Toolroom in an extrusion manufacturing environment
A strong communicator with the ability to coach and lead.Commutable from: Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester and surrounding areas.
