Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in FMCG foodservice and wholesale sales?
The Advocate Group are currently representing a leading foodservice brand in the UK & Ireland.
We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to drive continuous growth through the profitable sales of products and services.
Manage and grow an agreed portfolio of key customers including Brakes, Bidfood, Buying Groups and Wholesalers
Lead and develop a team of Key & Territory Sales Managers to drive performance.
Negotiate trading terms with wholesale, cash & carry, and foodservice accounts.
Monitor and manage the annual budget while providing long-term sales forecasts.
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales colleagues to achieve targets.
Proven success in managing and negotiating with Foodservice wholesale & cash & carry groups.
Strong commercial, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience in trade marketing, promotions, and sales strategy.
Highly analytical with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
A strong people manager, capable of motivating a high-performing sales team.
Strategic Leader – Ability to build and execute commercial sales strategies.
