Duties include:
* Providing holistic financial planning advice to a portfolio of clients
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with a strong focus on integrity and outcomes
* Working closely with professional introducers, including solicitors and niche account connections, to generate new business
* Developing opportunities through existing internal relationships, including shared connections from a transitioning BDM
* Delivering compliant, high-quality advice in line with FCA requirements
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Contributing to the firm’s collaborative culture and long-term growth strategy
* Supporting the future development of the business, with potential management responsibility over time

Skills and Experience Required:

* Clean and transparent FCA Register history (will be reviewed)
