Role: Retentions Agent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Location: Glasgow, fully on-site
Salary: £26, plus bonus

Essential skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
8. A willingness to learn
9. Good with Excel.
10. Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
