If you are proactive, curious and eager for growth, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Strategy Executive to join our team. In this role, you will shape our commercial success by leveraging data and insights to define where we play and how we win in the market. You will be a key link between our Customer Development, Consumer Experience and Demand Planning teams, translating high-level strategy into tangible trading plans that drive growth.
What You'll Do: A Day in the Life
As a Commercial Strategy Executive, you will be at the forefront of our commercial engine. You will:
* Dive into Data: Leverage data sources (including Nielsen, Kantar, and Profitero) to conduct analysis, uncover key insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
* Drive Strategy & Execution: Collaborate on the creation and flawless execution of plans across all categories, ensuring strong brand presence across all omnichannel touchpoints.
* Champion Innovation: Own the gross pricing strategy for new product innovations and relaunches, ensuring smooth market introductions.
* Fuel Revenue Growth: Partner with Retail Marketing to identify and implement opportunities for continuous Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and optimise performance.
* Shape Go-to-Market Plans: Co-lead our innovation gateway process, preparing communications and visualisations to guide teams to success.
* Align Supply with Demand: Work with demand planning teams in weekly/monthly reviews to ensure forecasts are aligned and products are available for customers.
