The Role
As a Support Worker, You'll
Support residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Help individuals access the community and leisure activities
Assist with appointments, shopping, finances, and medication
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Manage challenging behaviours with resilience and empathy
About The Service
You'll work across five supported homes in Worksop, providing 24/7 care in a safe, person-centred environment.
What We're Looking For
Caring, adaptable & resilient individuals
Great communication & teamwork skills
A positive attitude and commitment to improving lives
Ability to manage challenging situations safely
Experience in care (Support Worker, HCA, etc.) is a bonus
Full UK driving licence required, unless disability precludes this.
Shifts & Pay
Shifts: Early (7am–2:30pm), Late (2:30pm–10pm), Sleep-ins
Includes weekends & bank holidays
Extra pay for sleep-ins & waking nights
