The role We have a superb opportunity to be part of our restaurant crew at The Jetty, with an option to be fast tracked to supervisor based on performance. This role will also require a number of shifts leading the team at supervisor level when needed. There is also a potential fast track to being promoted to full time supervisor based on performance. You will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential. Experience of leading a team by example and being able to delegate in a fast moving food & beverage environment is also a bonus.
