* A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course.
* Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
* Will be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
* Be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation.
* To develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help to increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
* Conduct tours for prospective members.
