A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, appeals, probation reviews, performance management, and flexible working requests.
* Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and effective resolutions that support both employees and the wider business.
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, ensuring decisions are legally compliant and aligned with best practice.
* Support leaders to handle people matters confidently and consistently as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications / Attributes
* Proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal skills.
