Role
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Watford
Hours: Full-time, onsite at Watford office (5 days per week)
Summary: Based in Watford. This role is office based on-site at our Watford site and supports and improves the office infrastructure and office desktop support.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain and support Windows and macOS desktops, troubleshoot user issues, and manage user accounts (Active Directory, 3rd party systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite).
* Set up and administer 2-factor authentication (DUO), provide printer and email support (patching for desktops/laptops).
* Provide networking support including VPN access and office Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
* Support the telephony system, call centre software, IVR setup, and mobile devices (Android and iOS).
* Support office backup routines and the CCTV/entry system (fob and biometrics).
What You’ll Need
* Can-do attitude with excellent communication, teamwork, and independent working capabilities.
* Desktop support experience (Windows and Macs) and experience with MS Office, account lifecycle management, and identity/access management.
* Experience with VPN and office networking, printer support, and end-user assistance.
* Experience with IT service tools and security, including DUO, Active Directory, and related systems.
Nice to Have / Useful Experience
* Previous desktop support or IT-related role.
* Experience with Five9, Endpoint Central, Salesforce, Mimecast, Meraki, Office 365, and related technologies.
