You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 2 days, preferably weekends.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew
* Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
* Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
* Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days
