Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the performance of the store team through TGI Friday’s values
* Oversee aspects of the store’s operation and performance, including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property
* Ensure that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained and the restaurant performance meets its targets
* Create an environment where teams and guests feel valued, loyal and celebrated
* Lead by example and act as a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays
Qualifications
* Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering
* Demonstrated ability to deliver a guest‑obsessed culture
* Restaurant/hospitality experience
* Proven track record of leading teams to success
* Strong financial skills with ability to manage audits and due diligence
* Skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting
* Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and deliver business results
* Excellent problem‑solving and quick‑thinking skills
* Great communication skills to inspire teams and delight guests
