The Role
We are looking for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Kelham Island office. This is a 360 recruitment role, managing a small but established desk with strong existing relationships, while also developing new business opportunities.
This is an office-based position with regular client visits, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role), including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
* Developing new business through proactive sales activity
* Attending client meetings and school visits
* Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
About You
* Proven experience in sales and/or relationship management
* Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
* Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
* Full UK driving licence (required xsngvjr for client visits)
