Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Predominantly evenings, 4-5 nights per week
Holidays: 30 days + Bank Holidays + Your Birthday + Christmas Closure

Your key responsibilities
* Leading day-to-day venue operations across multiple spaces
* Managing, motivating, and developing student staff teams
* Acting as duty manager during a variety of events
* Upholding excellent standards of safety, service, and compliance
* Supporting wider commercial areas
