Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and referral partners.
* Drive occupancy through effective placement sourcing and conversion strategies.
* Represent the service professionally, promoting clinical strengths and outcomes.
* Monitor referral pipelines and provide insight to improve conversion and growth.
About You
* Extensive experience in mental health care homes or hospitals within a business development or referrals role.
* Proven experience working with local authorities and securing placements.
* Track record of driving occupancy and developing referral networks in CQC-regulated services.
