Are you an organised and approachable professional with strong customer service skills? We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join a Housing Association based in Sevenoaks, Kent, on a temporary basis. THE ROLE
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff, ensuring they are welcomed and directed to the right services. You will provide excellent customer service while supporting with administration tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Managing incoming queries and signposting appropriately
Maintaining filing systems and assisting with computer data input
Scanning and handling documents in line with data protection policies
Supporting routine administrative tasks as required
Role modelling the Housing Association’s values and undertaking other duties as neededTHE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role, with strong communication and organisational skills.
Requirements include:
Excellent speaking and listening skills
Strong customer service background
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively in a busy front-of-house environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and proceduresTHE CONTRACT
WORKING HOURS: Part Time – Monday 08:45–17:15, Tuesday 08:45–17:45, Wednesday 08:45–17:15 (22.5 hours per week)
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 3 Month Temporary Assignment
RATE: £17.00 per hour LTD / £14.59 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday) HOW TO APPLY
