Your impact
As a Consultant within the Solutions Enablement team, you will ensure seamless connectivity for Messaging and Managed Services customers and their partners. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and timely revenue recognition by delivering reliable, high-quality connectivity implementations and migrations.
What The Role Offers
* Hands‑on experience implementing and administering B2B connectivity solutions across multiple communication standards (OFTP, X400, AS2, sFTP, HTTPs, etc.).
* Ownership of customer and partner connectivity projects, including complex cross‑platform migrations.
* The opportunity to provide consulting services to clients, helping them plan and execute partner migrations successfully.
* Close collaboration with Cloud Service Delivery and Customer Support teams in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
* The chance to lead solution implementation initiatives from an enablement perspective and directly influence project success.
Must Have – What You Need to Succeed
* Minimum 2+ years of experience working with communication standards such as FTP, AS2, HTTPs, sFTP, or similar protocols.
* Strong customer focus with a clear commitment to customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
* Experience monitoring client requests and ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
* Ability to administer customer environments through GUI interfaces and troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills: ability to identify relevant information, evaluate options, and implement logical solutions.
* Sound decision‑making skills with a clear understanding of business impact and implications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective working relationships.
* Fluency in French (additional language requirement).
Desirable
* BSc in Computer Science or another technical discipline.
* Knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, X12, VDA, XML, and broader B2B integration concepts.
* Experience leading or contributing to solution implementation projects from an enablement or consulting perspective.
