Drama Teacher job - Long-term & Part-time position Drama Teacher Part-time position (4 days a week) Leicestershire based secondary school From Easter until the end of the academic year Teaching Drama to KS3 & KS4 Hays Education are representing a South-West Leicestershire based secondary school that are seeking a part-time Drama Teacher/Instructor to join their team. There will be the opportunity to work on additional days if you are willing to support with general cover for other subjects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Drama and will be able to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Due to this being a long-term role, full teaching responsibilities will be required, including planning and marking. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Drama education or related field. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent. Recent experience teaching Drama to secondary school students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
