We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and committed support team at a thriving 11–16 mainstream secondary school in the heart of Stubbington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential — both in the classroom and beyond. The role offers variety and reward, with opportunities to support students across a broad curriculum and to work with young people who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role Includes:
Supporting teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons
Working with individuals or small groups to support learning and engagement
Assisting students with a range of needs, including those with EHCPs
Supporting behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development
Preparing resources and helping maintain a purposeful learning environment
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is passionate about education and making a difference in young people’s lives
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can demonstrate patience, resilience, and a flexible approach
Ideally has experience working with young people aged 11–16
Has experience or a keen interest in supporting students with SEN
Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, SEN training) – desirable but not essential
