Mana Education is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN / SEND Teaching Assistants to support local primary and secondary schools in and around Northamptonshire.
x2705; The Role : What Youll Be Doing:
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
: Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, SpLD, and other learning needs.
: Assist class teachers in managing behaviour and adapting lessons.
: Deliver tailored interventions and provide emotional and academic support.
: Help create an inclusive, positive learning environment.

: Previous experience working as an SEN TA, SEND TA, or Learning Support Assistant.
: Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, or other SpLDs.
: Patience, empathy, and a creative, flexible approach to learning support.
