An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Partner to join the Bristol office of a top international law firm during a period of significant strategic growth.
The firm has a strong reputation for advising businesses across a broad range of sectors on complex corporate transactions, strategic investments, and governance matters. With a well-established platform in both the UK and internationally, the firm provides partners with access to a deep client base, cross-border work, and a collaborative network of leading lawyers.
The successful candidate will join a well-established Corporate team in Bristol consisting of six partners, while also benefiting from the support and expertise of a national corporate practice of more than 200 lawyers. This structure provides the ideal platform for partners looking to grow their practice, collaborate across offices, and deliver high-quality work for a diverse client base.

The Role
As a Corporate Partner, you will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the firm’s corporate offering in Bristol and nationally.
You will advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Private equity and venture capital investments
* Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
* Strategic alliances and joint ventures
* Corporate governance and shareholder matters
* Equity investments and financing transactions
The role offers the opportunity to work on high-value and complex domestic and cross-border transactions, collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s national and international offices.
Partners are encouraged to take an active role in practice development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to the continued success of the wider corporate group.

Candidate Profile
The firm is keen to speak with experienced Corporate Partners who:
* Are currently operating at Partner level or Senior Legal Director level within a reputable law firm
* Have strong experience advising on corporate transactions, particularly M&A and private equity
* Have a demonstrable client following or a clear plan for business development
* Are interested in collaborating with a national and international network of lawyers
* Are motivated to contribute to the strategic growth of a high-performing corporate practice
