LEGAL SECRETARY CONVEYANCING Location: Belfast Full-Time / Part-Time Roles Salary: £26,000 £30,000 DOE The Role: A well-established Belfast law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support its conveyancing work. This is a standalone role offering real ownership and autonomy, ideal for someone confident managing conveyancing files and supporting fee earners across the full transaction lifecycle. You will be joining a busy and stable practice with a strong pipeline of residential property work, offering long-term security and a consistent workload. Key Responsibilities: Audio and copy typing of conveyancing documents and correspondence Drafting contracts, completion statements & Land Registry forms Managing files from instruction through to completion Liaising with clients, estate agents & third parties Diary management and key date tracking General administrative support including filing, scanning & billing The Person: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing Strong typing and document formatting skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident and professional when dealing with clients Comfortable working independently and managing workload Why Apply?
