Director/Managing Consultant – Energy & Utilities Sector
We are seeking a highly experienced Director/Managing Consultant with a strong background in science and engineering within the Energy Transition sector. You will bring strategic insight, technical leadership, and commercial acumen to help shape innovative solutions and drive impactful change for our clients.

About the Role
As a member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching new service offerings, while contributing to strategic business growth. You will lead business development initiatives, build trusted client relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions across Carbon Capture, Sustainable Fuels, Electrification, and Water. You’ll also guide multi-disciplinary teams and support their development through coaching and creating opportunities for success.
Key Skills & Experience Required – About You
* Extensive experience leading complex scientific and/or engineering advisory services in the Energy Transition sector.
* Proven consulting and commercial expertise, gained either within a consultancy or through internal advisory roles.
* Strong client relationship and business development skills, with a track record of securing and delivering work.
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: Carbon Capture, Sustainable Fuels, Electrification, or Water.
* A well-established network of senior stakeholders and potential clients within the sector.
