Job Description
You will be reporting into the Logistics Lead and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all shipping and delivery processes
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely deliveries
* Optimise shipping routes to maximise efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation
* Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation
* Manage relationships with logistics service providers
* Resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process
* Continuously improve shipping strategies to drive down costs and improve service
The Successful Applicant
The successful Logistics Coordinator will come with the following skill set
* Experience in a Shipping or Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain role
* Previous experience with dangerous goods
* Strong knowledge of shipping legislation and procedures
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
