Location: Market Drayton
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
Salary: Starting at £31,079, rising to £33,906 with training

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our UK Manufacturing Operation, where youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards efficiently and safely.
What Youll Be Doing
* Operate manufacturing machinery in line with procedures
* Take a proactive approach to Health & Safety
* Support the business in meeting statutory duties
* Achieve line/plant targets and minimise waste
* Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
* Perform basic routine maintenance (mechanical aptitude essential)
* Identify and escalate quality concerns
* Troubleshoot faults and take corrective action
* Be flexible with work arrangements
What Were Looking For
* Experience in production machinery and technical processing (ideally in food manufacturing)
* Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety knowledge
* Mechanical Handling Equipment experience
* Strong mechanical aptitude (essential)
* Team player with good communication skills
